????? There are simply not enough stars to describe the experience we had with Delta Schrade... From the very beginning, Delta was so much more than our Realtor. She became our guide, our advocate, our voice of reason, and someone we knew we could genuinely trust throughout one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Buying a home can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. There are negotiations, inspections, documents, deadlines, unexpected questions, and moments when you simply need someone knowledgeable beside you. Delta was that person for us every step of the way. She was patient when we had questions, attentive when we had concerns, and always willing to look deeper when something didn't feel completely clear. What impressed us most was that we never felt like we were just another transaction. Delta truly cared about our family and about making sure that the home we chose was the right home for us. She listened to what mattered to us, respected our decisions, communicated with us consistently, and represented our interests with professionalism and integrity. There were many people involved in getting us to the closing table, but Delta was the person who walked beside us through the entire journey -- from searching and negotiating to walkthroughs, questions, paperwork, and finally the wonderful moment when this house became OUR HOME.
