I was very happy with Kristy Montanelli . Was recommended to me by many in my moms community! I already knew that I was going to use her as I use to walk my mom's park every morning ( 4-5 miles) and would see all the signs ! Without a doubt, Kristin is the realtor to choose if you want your house to sell without a hitch! She gets the job done quick and smooth. She presented me a contract in 1 day. Kristin is competent and knowledgeable. The thing I loved most about working with Kristin is her ability to take care of all the details that come up without bothering me.. Our experience with Adams, Cameron & Company was amazing. Our agent, Dulce Monahan, was the best! She went above and beyond the role of agent to assist us in so many ways with remodeling preparations, measuring closets and refrigerator openings for us as we were 900 miles north! I cannot sing her praises adequately. I would strongly recommend this company and Dulce to anyone in the real estate market.
