After over 50 years of buying/selling real estate, I can honestly say that Kristin is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She works extremely hard to market, show, and sell all while being very professional. I've never had anyone hold so many open houses, follow up on all leads, and see things through to closing as well as her. With every issue that arose, she overcame the obstacles and made things happen. She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Kristin.

Working with Kristin was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. She didn't just list and wait for something to happen; she made it happen. She was terrific at communicating promptly and often. Every obstacle encountered was overcome. In a very kind way, she always tells it like it is, not just what you want to hear.
