She is by far the most competent realtor that I ever worked with. I had multiple open houses a week, my house was marketed well, and the sound advice she gave me saved me money. My house was under contract quick but ended up falling through because the buyers financing fell through at the last minute. The same day Kristin hit the phones and contacted every person that showed interest in the house prior. By the end of that first day there was another deal in place netting me the same amount of money. I would not list or buy a house with any other realtor in the area.
