Kristin sold our vacation home in less than 24 hours. She knew the market well, always responded to any questions we had quickly via phone call, text message or email. Kristin was a HUGE help when the buyer requested some work to be done after the inspection. Kristin got in touch with an electrician and a plumber and the work was completed within 3 days.
