Let me start by saying I don't generally write reviews or rate businesses, but I will certainly recommend Delta Schrade as one of the best realtors I've had the pleasure of working with, probably the very best. She not only worked a clever deal for us to purchase our new home in Florida before we sold our existing home in Oregon, answered all of our concerns quickly and efficiently, led us through the purchase process seamlessly, but continues to be a resource for us by helping us settle into our new community with referrals and advice! She is knowledgeable, professional, and just a great person to know. We met with Representative, KIM PERAN, at our condo, to discuss listing our home for sale. Kim was very professional, prepared, and NOT pushy ! After touring our property, Three things occurred; We discussed our desires & necessary actions to best list our condo; Kim shared with us What she would do for Us; and lastly, SHE DID WHAT SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO !
