My husband and I have ZERO experience when it comes to buying a house. Kristin has helped us through every step in the process, explaining everything to us along the way. We completely trust her opinion and advice. She has responded to all of our questions/concerns promptly and has been willing to work around our schedule (meeting on evenings, weekends, whatever we needed!). I would not hesitate to suggest Kristin to any of my friends or family.

Working with Kristin was such a great experience. She's so organized and actually listens, which doesn't seem to be a common practice these days. She was great in pulling together lists of houses to see based on my must haves and working our way thru them, then taking my criticisms and adjusting the search. Once I selected a home and placed an offer she was there to make sure everything got negotiated successfully and then was still there to make sure everything else went smooth. There were a couple reports or inspections that she went back to for clarification, just so they wouldn't crop up later and cause issues. Her understanding of the mortgage business was key to that. I can't emphasize enough how awesome Kristin is. I will use her again for any real estate needs and highly recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent realtor.

Kristin is truly AMAZING at what she does!!!! She has made my first home purchase a very smooth transaction. As a first time home buyer there are things I was just not aware of, Kristin made sure that she Educated me on everything I needed to know and everything that I needed to take care of and watch out for. With all of the stress of buying a home you really need a Realtor that is knowledgeable, and is willing to put you and your best interest first, and to do whatever needs to be done so you can buy your house including setting you up with good inspectors and a great team of people that she uses. Kristin is that person!!!! Thank you for being in my corner all the way!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone that is looking for a realtor!!

Without a doubt, Kristin is the realtor to choose if you want your house to sell without a hitch! She gets the job done quick and smooth. She presented me a contract in 1 day. Kristin is competent and knowledgeable. The thing I loved most about working with Kristin is her ability to take care of all the details that come up without bothering me.. She truly helps to take out the stress of selling a home. This is the 4th home Kristin has sold for our family. BTW, the support staff were amazing! Thanks to you all!

Kristin sold our vacation home in less than 24 hours. She knew the market well, always responded to any questions we had quickly via phone call, text message or email. Kristin was a HUGE help when the buyer requested some work to be done after the inspection. Kristin got in touch with an electrician and a plumber and the work was completed within 3 days. From the time we signed the contract to close was exactly 2 weeks. Since we live out of state, her help was so appreciated. She was willing to take the furniture out of the house if the buyer did not want it. I would recommend Kristin to anyone who needs a real estate agent. Source: Realtor.com

Kristin was our Realtor when we bought the home we just sold and was the only person we thought of when it came time to sell that home and buy us a forever home. There were multiple contingencies and other "nerve-wracking" conditions with us getting into our forever home, but we didn't realize any of that as Kristin kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes and made this whole process as easy as possible for us. My husband and I can not thank her enough!
