I cannot say enough good things about Kristin. She has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market in the area. Plus she has an appraisers eye and in depth knowledge of the mortgage game.She patiently showed us many homes, pointing out possible problem areas as well as advantages. She answered emails quickly, scheduled showings promptly and answered our many questions patiently. And after the sale she continues to communicate and provide information about the details we need to start our lives in a new area. We could not have found a better agent.

Kristen spent 6 months looking for the perfect retirement home for us without any hesitation. We were from out of the state and she previewed many, many homes for us to select from. When we found the perfect home, she negotiated and guided us through every step of purchasing long distance. She was patient, explained all the contract instructions to us and thoroughly checked out the home location and condition for us. We were very happy with the purchase and when my husband passed away suddenly, she handled selling the home within a week's time frame for me. She is a wonderful, sincere person who I treasure meeting!
